Refund Policy

At RGB Room Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. Our refund policy is designed to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible while ensuring fair treatment for all our customers.

1. Returns and Refunds

1.1 Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of opened items within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Log in to your account and access your order history, or locate your order confirmation email.
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Complete our return form, selecting the items and providing the reason for the return.
  4. Upon approval, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  6. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  7. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

1.4 Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

1.5 Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, damage during shipping, or our error. If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to exchange an item for one of greater value, you will need to pay the difference. To request an exchange:

  2. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide specific instructions.
  3. Ship the original item back following the same guidelines as for returns.
  4. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement item to you.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

3.1 Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

3.2 Defective Items

If your item is defective or malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos or videos demonstrating the problem. Depending on the nature of the defect, we will:
